1. I have one "professional" account (@Jonamerica) that it's my public face. I have a second account that I use for testing different strategies of interaction, tweeting before applying them to my real account. I have two other accounts for other web projects that I’m involved in, then there are 3 accounts that I created for different reasons (games, contests, etc) that are mostly dormant.

2. I don’t post personal stuff for two reasons: 1, because I keep my private life private; and 2, because nobody wants to know what I had for lunch, not even my mom.

I mostly tweet about things that interest me. I’ve tested different auto-tweeting methods, but find you become a part of the twitter background noise. In my above mentioned “test” account I used a service to feed a bundle of RSS feeds to twitter, posting every 13 minutes. I lost some followers, but more importantly, I lost some relationships. You can easily get more followers, alienating your relationships with other tweeple is not worth it.

3. March 2008. I find it very effective for sharing information and driving traffic.
You and your readers can learn more about my Twitter setup and strategies on my post, Getting the most out of Twitter.

Thanks
